In 2022, Adela Pereira took her love for Brazilian street food and her deep appreciation for American comfort classics and turned it into something new — something flavorful, soulful, and made from scratch. What began as a personal passion quickly became a community favorite: a place where the food is real, the flavors are bold, and the welcome is always warm.

 At Sabor, our mission is to bring people together through food that feels both familiar and exciting. We serve up a bold Brazilian twist on America’s most-loved comfort foods — from juicy burgers and wings to our signature Brazilian Steak Platter, Picanha Burger Steak, and golden Coxinha.

We’re here to prove that fast food can be fresh, soulful, and made with care. Every dish is crafted from scratch to deliver authentic flavor and real satisfaction.
